Playing for LA Galaxy against Toronto FC today he notched up the milestone more or less exactly as you expect, with a spinning, backward, karate kick back heel volley — not bad mobility for a 36 year old!

Despite the world class goal, Galaxy went down 5-3 to Toronto in a classic.
Toronto scored the first three goals inside 36 minutes, before Zlatan’s cracker inspired a Galaxy comeback.
They dragged it back to 3-3 with half an hour to play before late Toronto goals sealed it.
