A favourite with the health conscious, Wray Organic, which has a store in Toowoomba, has gone into liquidation with $2.8 million owed to more than 200 creditors.
There are three stores of concern including the Toowoomba store located in Russell Street, these three stores will close if they are not sold "as a going concern".
The six other independent Wray Organic franchises around Queensland would be unaffected by the liquidation.
Expressions of interest for the purchase of the Toowoomba, Ipswich and Newmarket stores are to be lodged by March 9.
