Friday 3 November is Aus Music T-Shirt Day, an idea started by ARIA a few years ago as a way to support Australian artists and kick off Aus music month.
This year ARIA have teamed up with Support Act to raise money for people struggling with mental health in the music industry.
Show your support by wearing your favourite Aussie artist t-shirt Friday 3 November and share a photo with the hashtag #Ausmusictshirtday and raise funds and awareness for Support Act.
By donating to Support Act you have the chance to win tickets to the 2017 ARIA Awards.
