An Adelaide fisherman has taken on an epic Kingfish and survived... barely.
Watch as the bloke, reportedly fishing on Port River, hooked up to a monster of a fish... in a battle that lasted for bloody ages.

At one stage, disaster was looming as the Kingy towed the bloke towards a docked boat.
What would have been more disastrous was if the guy had actually lost the fish because his net wasn't big enough... which it wasn't.
Either way, a catch for the ages! Well done mate!
