This morning on the show, Billy was joined by Victorian State Water Minister Peter Walsh & Barooga farmer, Chris Brooks, to debate about the Murray-Darling Basin Plan.
There's ongoing anger from local farmers surrounding the current water policy, drought, water trading and the Murray-Darling Basin Plan.
Peter Walsh, who signed Victoria up to the Basin Plan, discussed the benefits of the original plan & why it was best for the state at the time.
Local farmer, Chris Brooks, has been vocal about the state's handling of water to farmers, the poor decisions driving farmers off their land.
He's taking the Murray-Darling Basin Plan to court & wants answers from state politicians on what went wrong.
