Some good news for Victoria's COVID tally today, with 11 new locally-acquired cases all linked to current outbreaks and all have been in quarantine throughout their entire infectious periods.

That's after more than 32,000 Victorians turned out to be tested.

Meantime, Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton has slammed thousands who attended anti-lockdown protests in the city.

Sutton tweeting that their demands won't lead to freedom but mass COVID cases and deaths.

The state's stable case numbers put our fifth lockdown on track to end as planned on Tuesday, but with a set of restrictions to remain in place for weeks.
