Panthers enforcer Reagan Campbell-Gillard has been ruled out of Origin II suffering an undisplaced fracture of the mandible.
Penrith General Manager Phil Gould confirmed the news on Twitter.
It means Fittler will have to make at least one change to the side that defeated Queensland in the opening game of the series.
