Travis Colyer joined Andrew "Embers" Embley and Katie Lamb this morning to chat about Fremantle's latest recruitments into the AFL.

“It’s nice to, sort of, see them incorporate themselves,” Travis said on the Rush Hour with Embers and Katie Lamb.

“They kind of get wrapped up in a little bit of cotton wool.”

He also compared 2km time trials with Embers.
