A truck breakdown and oil spill has one of the northbound lanes of the Pacific Highway closed in Coffs Harbour.
The incident has occurred just past Arthur Street with emergency services currently at the scene.
Just before 6pm, emergency services were called to the location with the clean up underway.
Speed limits have been reduced in the area.
