Eastlink was closed in both directions for about an hour and a half yesterday afternoon after a vehicle caught fire in the Melba tunnel.
Instead of wasting time stuck in their cars, a group of tradies decided to make the most of it.
Out came the cricket bat and ball and a couple of overs were played on the most unlikely of pitches…
