Townsville City Council have just commenced Kerbside Hard Rubbish Collection and it has the town talking.
With all the hard rubbish hanging about on the kerbs, what's the etiquette to follow?

Opinions have filled social media in recent days and the majority say: it is OK to go through kerbside hard rubbish.
Many locals are in support of others having a look through their unwanted goods, as long as they don't make a mess of it.
