A Toowoomba man has been spared jail time after viewing and distributing hundreds of child exploitation material
The man pleading guilty to charges which included possessing and distributing and using a carriage service to access child exploitation material.
He admitted to having 375 images and videos on his phone.
When being sentenced the court took into account his early plea and cooperation with police resulting in parole for one offence and a suspended sentence for two others.
