Hot Breakfast chief footy reporter Tom Browne says that Collingwood star Brodie Grundy is likely to give up “massive money” to stay with the Pies.

“Talks have ramped up significantly in recent weeks concerning Brodie Grundy at Collingwood,” Browne said.
“The Pies [are] very keen to lock Grundy in before he gets into his free agency at the end of next year.
“There’s some talk… he’s worth massive money, perhaps over a million dollars a year.
“But I think he’ll definitely re-sign with Collingwood on significantly less.”
Browne said he’d be giving up significant money to stay at the Holden Centre.
“$1.5 million was the figure bandied to me last year if he was to go on the market,” he said
