There's going to be a lunar eclipse visible in Townsville tomorrow night!

For the first time in 150 years!

30 January 2018

If gazing up into the night sky is your kind of thing, you're going to be IN AWE of the lunar eclipse about to make its way over Townsville tomorrow night (January 31st!) for the first time in over 150 years!!!

But seriously, this is something you don't want to miss!

If you can't view it due to the weather or your location, you can watch it LIVE via this link: http://www.ustream.tv/channel/solar-eclipse-australia

This will be the second full moon of the month (also called the Blue Moon) and it's the first eclipse in the new year - woo!

For details on who will see it and when it will be happening, check out this website: https://www.timeanddate.com/eclipse/lunar/2018-january-31

Most of Australia will get a view of it at night, whereas Alaska, Hawaii and north-western Canada will get to see it from start to finish (I know, I'm upset too).

So grab a nice little spot in your yard and set up camp for the ultimate lunar eclipse viewing party!
