The people of Pilbara are on a mission!
With Karratha's newest bar Grand Central Tavern set to swing open their doors at the end of the month, they are hoping to commemorate the occasion by bringing Formula 1 star Daniel Ricciardo to the Pilbara to smash a shoey.
Yep, a shoey!!
They have good reason for this, with an impressive feature wall full of sports stars inside the venue, with Ricciardo at the forefront smashing a shoey.
Pablo managed to get Mayor Peter Long on the phone this morning to find out whether he's backing the Grand Central Tavern's movement to bring Ricciardo to Karratha.
