On Triple M Breakfast on Thursday, MG, Jess & Pagey met Darren who wanted to nominate his family member Jessica, who tragically lost their son Noah.
Shortly after birth Noah was diagnosed GM1 Gangliosidosis a rare genetic disorder that progressively destroys nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.
When MG heard the story he wanted to help in any way possible.
