That's what the sellers of the iconic home featured in The Castle were told.
The iconic three-bedroom house that famously featured in the film is now back on the market after plans to relocate it to Bonnie Doon or a New South Wales pub, fell through.
The initial proposal was to hand it over to the Corowa Whisky and Chocolate factory, where it was possibly going to become a museum or comedy venue.
Now, buyers can now bid for the Stathmore home at 2pm on July 26, when it goes under the hammer.
