As it stands, the Bulldogs will find it extremely hard to be salary cap compliant for the 2019 season.
Somehow, the Dogs will need to fit almost half of a squad into roughly $500,000 within the cap.
The Bulldogs board will tonight "open their books" to members, showing them the financial situation they are currently in.
As it stands, the club will not be able to sign any "big name" players until 2021.
