A teen has been placed on 7 months probation after abusing police and damaging a police vehicle.
Officers made a search of 17-year-old Brodie Jonathan Benson’s backpack on June 29th which resulted in finding a small stash of marijuana.
After being taken into custody Benson proceed to swear at police and kick the cage in the back of the police car.
The 17-year-old pleading guilty to obstructing police, possession, public nuisance and damage of a police vehicle.
