If you've ever looked at your afternoon tea and thought "This needs more burger" then boy have we got the cafe for you.
The Hanging Ladder in Balmain has somehow found a niche in the - let's face it - already crowded burger market and delivered the "Burger High Tea".
The three-tiered platter starts with a base of fries and onion rings before getting to the main attraction: A whole heap of delicious sliders.
And just to top it all off, you'll get a layer of jalapeno poppers and mac 'n' cheese balls, along with a couple of dipping sauces and, presumably, plenty of napkins.
Like most afternoon teas, you can book for groups of two, four or a dozen although we're somewhat tempted to tackle the whole thing by ourselves.
One small note: You do have to book ahead, which you can do right here. Then grab a bib and your stretchy pants and you're good to go.
