New South Wales Fire and Rescue are at the scene of a structure fire in Woolgoolga.
Crews were called to a business in Featherstone Drive just after 9:30pm.
According to witnesses it is understood that power lines may be down in the area.
Power is currently out to 200 customers in the surrounding area.
