Eligible Garden City construction companies are being urged to tender for a new social housing project in Rangeville.
The Rangeville complex will comprise 58 social housing dwellings which will include 16 one bedroom apartments to be built over the next 5 years and is expected to cost around $24 million.
Housing Minister Mick De Brenni says that the project will support the equivalent of up to 13 full time jobs over the 5-year period along with supporting the residential construction industry in Toowoomba.
