A blind American man is reportedly suing Playboy for not being user-friendly to the visually impaired.

According to TMZ, Donald Nixon, has filled a lawsuit against Playboy claiming it is violating the Disabilities Act because their websites, Playboy.com and Playboyshop.com, are not compatible with his screen-reading software.

Court documents obtained by TMZ reportedly show that Nixon will argue visually-impaired people could not "fully and equally use or enjoy the facilities, products, and services."

Playboy is yet to respond.
