Smashing Pumpkins Reunion Going Ahead, But Not Everyone’s Invited

Talk of a long awaited Smashing Pumpkins reunion was sparked last week when frontman, Billy Corgan shared a photo with former bandmates.

The pic, simply captioned; "so many memories when you put the three of us together".

The reunion seemed to surprise not only fans, but former bass player D’arcy Wretzky who first heard of the “reunion” from the post.

Wretzky confirmed with Blast Echo she has not been included in the reunion, saying;

“I know this is a huge disappointment for me, but it’s not going to happen... I only just found out that the band has decided to go with a different bass player”.

There is no official statement from the band as to why Wretzky is not included in the reunion.
