On Sunday I had the chance to chat with Millie from Birdlife W.A and Jen from the Esperance Bird Observers group. The event held on this day was to promote the conservation, research and educational programs for shorebirds. This national survey is conducted on a biannual basis and is to raise awareness of human impact on the birds and what we can do to help reduce the decline in the birds.
