Serious Crash in the Lockyer Valley

Five people injured

Cutting tools have been used to free passengers in a two-vehicle crash in the Lockyer Valley this morning.

A man in his 60s was airlifted to a Toowoomba hospital in a serious condition, a woman also in her 60s was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital Brisbane in a serious condition.

Two children were taken to the Ipswich hospital, their condition is reported as stable.

Paramedics say a fifth person sustained critical injuries.

The accident happened at the intersection of Forest Hill Fernvale Rd and Lake Clarendon Way Glenore Grove around 8AM.
