We got a scam email here in the office today that is doing the rounds... and despite the serious nature and implications of clicking through on this sort of email, we can't help but wonder what's going on in the Scam Email HQ to be writing so poorly?
To reinforce our point, we've highlighted the atrocious writing in this latest email scam from 'Australia Post'.
Here it is as it came into our in-box.
Let's just break it down into where the warning signs are pretty in-your-face obvious. Also, we're pretty sure the actual Jason Biggs is off making movies in Hollywood?
We have no words... We'll just keep wondering why the exclamation point preludes the sentence?
What organisation would open their message with a "Hey Sir/Madam"? Not Australia Post, that's for sure.
So much to discuss with this one;
'Please verify you details...' **facepalm**
Why is Jason's first name not capitalised?
