Triple M's Ryan Girdler has named his team for Origin I, with a surprise choice for captain in Jake Trbojevic.
Interestingly, Matty Moylan, Blake Ferguson, Josh Jackson and Trent Merrin all failed to make the cut, which is hopefully a sign of the crop of talent coming through for the Blues given the competition for spots.
