Panthers legend Ryan Girdler believes the club have lost all their "resilience and hunger" after a horror start to the 2019 season.
After the opening six rounds of footy, the Panthers hold a 2-4 record, most recently giving up a 14-point lead against the Sharks.
And it's the complete change in style that is the most concerning aspect, according to Girdler.
