Cootamundra MP Steph Cooke has welcomed news that a $6 million roadworks project between Snowball Creek and Tumblong is now complete, providing a safer surface on the busy stretch.
Improvements on the four kilometre section will not only improve safety, it will also extend the life of the road and reduce future maintenance costs.
Ms Cooke says now it’s finished, the reduced speed limit and contraflow set-up has been lifted, and traffic returned to the upgraded section.
