This morning, the boys had Jo Shanks from Run For MI Life in the studio to talk about the upcoming run.
Jo let us know that this year will be a little different, with a completely new look and some brand new events.
With registrations closing this Sunday, Jo suggested that anyone keen to take part should sign up ASAP if they want to receive the free shirt which now sports a new colour.
Run For MI Life is dedicated to helping those who are contemplating taking their own lives and getting them to seek help before they make a decision they can't take back.
