Two people have been flown to Royal Perth Hospital after a two-car crash on Albany Highway, two kilometres south of Williams.
The RAC Rescue helicopter is expected to land at the hospital at around 5pm.
Volunteer Fire and Rescue Service firefighters also attended the scene and helped to free a person who was trapped.
