At 10am on Thursday, police from the command's Target Action Group, executed a search warrant at a house in Lewis Street, Toormina.
The search warrant continues investigations into a spate of break and enter, and stealing matters in the Sawtell/Toormina areas last weekend.
During the search, police allegedly located mobile telephones and a mountain bike, as well as 4.5g of cannabis. These items have been seized. The mobile phones and mountain bike are subject of further enquires.
A 42 year old man, an occupant of the house, will receive a cannabis caution for allegedly possessing the cannabis.
Investigations continue.
