A 19 year old man will face court at a later date in Coffs Harbour.
Police stopped a vehicle in Moonee Street on Thursday where officers spoke with one of the occupants of the vehicle regarding a recent police pursuit.
Traffic and Highway Patrol released the man from the scene after being issued with a future court attendance notice.
He will appear in the Coffs Harbour Local Court at a date to be fixed.
