Detectives have charged a man following an assault on December 21.
A man was allegedly assaulted outside a tavern in Brightview around 3.25am after confronting a man who was allegedly attempting to break into an automatic teller machine (ATM).
Overnight, detectives arrested a 25-year-old man from Dalby and he has been charged with two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and burglary and one count each of attempted robbery, grievous bodily harm and arson.
He appeared in the Ipswich Magistrates Court today.
