A civilian police employee will front court next month, charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, common assault and affray, over a fight in Wagga last month.
It’s believed to have happened in the early hours of Sunday April 29.
The 36 year old man is employed in a specialist role in the Central Metropolitan police region.
He’s been granted conditional bail to appear in Wagga Local Court on Wednesday June 13.
