Police have accused and charged a 28-year-old Toowoomba man of possessing more than one million images of child exploitation.
Police prosecutors told the court that the charges dated back to November 2016 and they still had to go through more than one million images and grade them before the matter could proceed.
The man is on bail and the case adjourned while the accused awaits the arrival of his second child.
The matter is due for committal mention on April 18th.
