A stolen log-splitter found during a police search earlier this year is waiting for its rightful owner.
Police are calling upon the public to help locate the owner of the machinery, it is believed the hydraulic log-splitter was stolen from the Leyburn area and the motor has been since been removed.
"It is a significant sized log-splitter and of considerable value and we are keen to locate the lawful owner," Detective Senior Constable Glenn Evans of MOCS (Rural) Toowoomba said.
