A person is in custody after police found a suspicious device at a Toowoomba home yesterday.
Officers executed a search warrant at a Kenilworth Street address finding the device in a shed in the property.
The street was placed in lockdown and an emergency response team called in to carry out investigations.
Tests prove the device to be an elaborate hoax.
