People have been trying to replicate the distinctive taste of Maccas’ Big Mac sauce for a long time.
And now it looks like Coles have managed to do it, with their new Special Burger Sauce being lauded as exactly the same as the iconic Maccas condiment.
We bought some of the Coles Special Burger Sauce for the office and can confirm that it does indeed taste a lot like Big Mac sauce.
A Coles spokeswoman couldn’t confirm to Buzzfeed whether Special Burger Sauce is meant to be Big Mac sauce, but said that their “Product Development Team worked on the sauce for 18 months”.
