There are reports surfacing the Penrith Panthers have officially lodged a three-year deal for James Maloney.
The deal will see Matt Moylan head to the shire in a $6million swap deal.
NRL.com is reporting the deal for Maloney was finalised last night but still needs to be give the green light by the NRL.
