Paul Gallen is set to step in the ring once again after agreeing to fight rugby league badboy John Hopoate in February.
The bout was announced on Thursday and will take place as the Main Event attraction at the Star of the Ring Charity Fight Night at the Hordern Pavilion in Sydney on February 8.
Gallen holds an undefeated professional record of 8-0 and last fought Fijian Puna Rasaubale in 2017.
While Hopoate holds a record of 12 wins (11 by KO) and 5 losses and last fought in 2010.
