Paris Might Just Boast The World's Coolest Flying Fox

Oui, Oui, Oui!

6 June 2017

Adrenalin junkies looking for their next hit should look no further than Paris.

A zipwire's been hung between the Eiffel Tower and the other end of the Champs de Mars park.

The minute-long ride begins from the second floor of the world famous landmark - about 115 metres above ground.

The 900-metre journey will see thrill seekers fly through the air speeds of up to 90km/h.

Did we mention the rides are free?

It's all part of a promotion by a French sparkling water brand to coincide with the French Open tennis tournament.

100 lucky thrill seekers were picked from an online draw.

The aim is to give riders a feel for what a smash serve might feel like - even though those speeds often top 200km/h.
