An 18 year old man who allegedly spat at a security officer while being ejected from a Wagga CBD pub early Saturday morning, has been charged twice within a few hours.
Police took the man back to the station after the spitting incident at about 2am, and he was later picked up by a friend, only to be brought back to the station shortly after 4am.
He was charged with malicious damage after allegedly breaking the window of a Fitzmaurice Street business.
