A one-hour parking trial has begun in the CBD, it all kicked off on Monday. The trial is about encouraging the turn over of car parks in a bid to boost business this Christmas and creating a much better parking situation in Toowoomba's CBD.
Toowoomba Regional Council has reduced the two-hour parking spots on Margaret St between Ruthven and Neil Streets to one hour.
