New population figures released from the Australian Bureau of Statistics have shown impressive growth rates Estella, Boorooma and Gobbagombalin, however Wagga has been outshone by Junee.
The three northern suburbs have grown by 3.5 percent, according to the latest figures from the Australian Bureau of Statistics, which is a higher growth rate than Sydney, but Junee’s experiencing a long-term boom --- the population growing 25 percent over the 15 years to 2016.
Cootamundra’s population has grown slowly over the same period, and Gundagai’s has remained stable.
