Police are appealing for information after an attempted armed robbery in Narrandera on Sunday, which left a 17 year old boy injured.
Officers say the boy was walking on Watermain Street towards Mount Street at about 4am, when he was approached by a man who threatened him with a knife, causing an injury to his face.
The teen reportedly punched his attacker, who then left the scene empty-handed.
The man police are looking for is described as Caucasian in appearance, early to mid 20s with an Australian accent.
