A male in his mid-twenties was airlifted yesterday by the Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter after his vehicle crashed into an embankment on the New England Highway, outside Cooyar.
The RACQ LifeFlight Rescue helicopter was tasked at approximately 11.15am to the scene of the single-occupant accident.
The driver sustained lacerations to the face and was transported to the Toowoomba Base Hospital in a stable condition.
