A mother who killed three of her seven children has been jailed for 26 years and six months.
37-year-old Akon Guode deliberately drove her car into a lake in Melbourne's outer south-west two years ago.
Court proceedings were stopped briefly when Guode, a Sudanese refugee, broke down.
She had wailed through most of her sentence in the Supreme Court on Tuesday.

A fourth child was also in the car, but was rescued. During sentencing, Victorian Supreme Court Judge Lex Lasry labelled the mother's actions as "the product of extreme desperation".
