Justice Minister Michael Keenan has sensationally hit back at a newspaper article claiming he could be a British citizen.
Keenan has rejected the report he's the latest Turnbull government minister to run foul of the citizenship saga.
His father Peter was born in 1943 and emigrated to Australia where he then got married - Fairfax Media reports.
The justice minister took to social media this morning to insist he renounced his British citizenship in 2004 before he entered parliament.
